They infiltrate peaceful neighborhoods and frighten the doo-doo out of children and innocent puppies. And by the time the authorities arrive they are gone and all that remains are flecks of reconstitute wood pulp, made wet from saliva, and dried by the winter sun. I would gladly spend my tax dollars on a national patrol to rid our fine country of these nefarious -------- hoodlums! These spitballers are classic thugs.
